Shu Uemura Lashes

Step It Up for the Holidays

Thinking of false eyelashes for your next Holiday party? You just might want to spend an extra few minutes on your make up and hair to look extra glam this year. This is your year to shine!

I’m very big on false eyelashes and can’t seem to live without them these days. In fact, applying lashes is a part of my every day beauty regimen and I never leave home without them. I’ve tried lash extensions and wasn’t pleased with the price and the high maintenance. Yes, we all tend to be a tad high maintenance but our lashes don’t have to be. Also, what they don’t tell you about extensions is, they only look glam on girls who have a lot of lashes to begin with. If you have few lashes on your upper lid, then apply extensions, you’ll look like you have swords coming out of your eyes instead of a full set of full pretty lashes like you dream about. I know this because I’ve been there.

Applying false lashes is easy after a little practice. I recommend using Duo glue in grey. Duo grey dries black and is easy to take off if you choose to wear them again (yes, you can wear them again).

Here’s a few of my favorite lashes I recommend for your next holiday party. Yes, you can apply them yourself and no these aren’t expensive but they sure look it!
